Through a collaborative and highly engaging process, participants find new possibilities by reflecting through systemic lenses while fostering a sense of community and connectedness. The conversations unleash creativity and resourcefulness so that all participants in the group are able to see more - with their “super” vision - and therefore are able to expand their own perspectives.
